Warehouse coordination

Customers after sales service

Stock movement and reconciliation

Submit and reconcile expense reports

Prepare and monitor sales orders, invoices and receipts.

Supporting the sales team.

Skills

Proven admin or assistant experience

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and planning skills

Proficient in MS Office
