Manage all activities related to business development, sales and marketing in the MENA Regions and deliver the expected growth and profit • Ensure a complete understanding and monitoring of the customer needs; guarantee timely replies to customer requirements and implement supportive measures • Screen the markets and set-up appropriate distribution channel • Identify and evaluate existing distribution network and sales leads • Setting-up long-term relations with performing distributors ensure smooth and transparent communication and information flow with distributors: get appropriate feedback from distributors regarding sales per accounts; competitors’ activities, forecasts etc • Implement the strategies defined in collaboration with the Distribution Channel Manager and develop tactics in order to improve the sales, the growth and the profitability in the territory • Get acquainted with market data account by account • As the main contact for distributors, you ensure an up to date product knowledge and define personal training needs

University degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Medicine, Biology, Medicine, Bioinformatics, Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology or similar • At least 5 to 8 years of working experience in a Sales role in the Middle East ; Good network in Industrial or in the diagnostic business ; Excellent and goal-oriented leadership skills • Arabic speaking & writing is a plus ; Job Responsibility • Business development of the life science products as required • Booking, Billing, GP and Collection responsibility for self and team • Implement business plans and improve operational efficiency and optimize performance related to diagnostic segment.
