Our client is a BPO (business process outsourcing) company whose services range from Digital Marketing, Telesales, Survey, and Customer Service and that works globally, that is looking to hire a Call Center Manager to be based in their offices in Kaslik, Lebanon.

Skills

-Minimum 3 years of experience in forex industry, crypto markets, stock market, stock exchange, future dividends, commodities…

-Fluency in English, Arabic and French is a must;

You will be responsible for ensuring that the team:

-Contacts and offers correct and fair information about financial markets to potential clients/existing clients

-Offers assistance and educational support regarding the Company’s products and services to clients
