Director of Marketing and Enrollement (open vacancy) – Al Ain

Job Description

 Assists Board of Directors (BOD) in formulating the company’s strategic direction and supporting tactical initiatives.·       Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives of the education group and the school.·       Develops and implements strategic enrollment plans and forecasts to achieve enrollment objectives of the education group and the school.·       Develops and manages marketing operating budgets.·       Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.·       Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.·       Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to Chief Executive Officer.·       Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all promotional materials, and events.·       Directs forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.·       Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control marketing programs.·       Coordinates liaison between Marketing & Enrollment department and other departments and schools.·       Ensure effective communication of marketing and social media material with the student, parents and community.·       Ensure development and effective implementation of policies and procedures related to department functions.·       Provide leadership, direction and management of the department team.·       Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team.·       Works with the Chief Operating Officer and other director of departments to identify, develop and implement operational business plans, monitor key metrics, and assist in the decision making of the departments.·       Responsible for overseeing financial and statistical performance against budget targets·       Identify opportunities and proposes new methods of improving existing operations with a focus on bottom-line results.·       Ensure that the Key Performance Indicator are developed, implemented and monitored for reporting areas.Inspire, motivate and influence staff and set the highest professional standards.


BA in Marketing – Master degree is preferable 10 year experience on a top management levelExcellent knowledge of Marketing and Enrollment
