Job Description

  1. Research the business opportunities considering market business potentials and steer the business towards growth.
  2. Business Planning, development and execution based on change in market potentials and business requirements.
  3. Responsible for team direct sale, concept sale and network resources available opportunities and delivery to client better options to the highest possible standard.
  4. Explore New Business Opportunity for Upcoming events in Qatar & develop the strategy to steer the business.
  5. Identify new business opportunity in the market and undertake comprehensive program of sales activity to secure new and adhoc business minimizing the impact of Risk.
  6. Manage in development and solicitation of Business and retain the existing business by encourage repeat business via Customer relationship Building, trade shows & Marketing events.
  7. Continue professional development through educational offering made via industry trade groups and educational institutions.
  8. Encouraging repeat business through excellent customer service and inquiry handling.
  9. Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs.
  10. Ensure online meeting partner websites are regularly updated and managed including photos, descriptions, and promotions.
  11. Monthly & Quarterly review to highlight Growth Prospect, New Business Opportunity, Profitability and steps to minimize the risk of any shortfall on business plan.
  12. Bring in direct Business though online marketing and advertising.
  13. Prepare and monitoring of sales, department and budgetary reports as and when required.
