Job Description
Looking for an Office Manager / Business Manager that will be responsible for the efficient functionality of the Chairman’s Office and Schedule through a range of administrative, financial, and technical aspects. The main purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth running of the office in a day-to-day basis, and support with the management team.
- Managing the Chairman’s Office, Schedule and Business requirements
- Coordinating with the Guests, Business Partners and Technical Teams
- To represent the Chairman in meetings
- To brief the Chairman and the Board with presentation
- Can be able to review Contracts, purchase Order and other relevant documents.
- Creating Reports, Business Plans & strategies interpreting the Vision of Chairman and all his Business
