Job Description
Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and co-ordinating the technical and management aspects
of projects including cost estimation and forecasting.
Accountable for the successful completion of allocated engineering projects.
Extensive regular contact and co-ordination within inter disciplines stack holders.
Assist in preparation of engineering project proposals, plans and task orders.
Budget monitoring, tracking of trends and report regularly on project status
Efficiently management multiple projects.
Participating in client/contractor meetings and resolving client/engineering and management project
issues.
Maintain project database, entering and backing up Project data.
Review and co-ordinate project invoices.
Ensure effective engineering and client communications.
Co-operate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide
assistance and required technical support.
Other related duties as assigned by Technical Service Manager and/or Technical Section Head Manager.
Skills
Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering and a recognised Project Management qualification.
Minimum 7 Years’ Experience in a Chemical Process Industry (Petrochemical, Gas
Processing, Refining etc.) with at least 5 Years of Project Engineering experience.
