Position Title: Supply and Demand Planner
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 15,000 AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the client:
The hiring company is a highly respected Consumer Retail Company leading the UAE distribution of brands with the best quality for customers; with multiple branches within Dubai dedicated on sales, distribution, logistics, processing, and marketing of food products.
Job Role:
Manage, balance and analyze all demand and supply in the supply chain, using advanced analytical, statistical, and optimization techniques
Generate the unconstraint demand signal that will be the base for the supply net demand within the S&OP cycle
Responsible for advising on the adjustment of the replenishment plan by defining priorities and necessary action, both in case of shortage and over stocks
Track all movement of stock shipments for on time delivery to warehouse and customer, analyzing KPI data to monitor performance against relevant agreed lead times
Conduct monthly forecast maintenance
Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management
Requirements:
45 years old and below
Bachelor’s Degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields
Minimum 3 years of similar work experience in an FMCG industry
Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
Excellent communication skills
