Telesales Representative at Midis Group – Beirut

Job Description

Your role will be to deliver advised telephone sales and provide customer service
With the knowledge of our products and your polite, professional manner you will make sure that every customer you speak to puts the phone down feeling like they’ve had a breeze of our excellent culture!
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Making 100+ calls a day to customers (All leads will be provided)
  • Informs customers of company promotions and upgrades, uses persuasive techniques to motivate customers and urges timely purchases to meet qualifications for discounts.
  • Follow up to ensure all customers requesting the payment link end up going through the checkout process  


The Successful candidates need to:

  • Natural Sales Person not afraid of rejection
  • Fluent in English and Arabic- French is a plus
  • Possesses great interpersonal and communications skills
  • Thrive to make a high volume of outbound calls, contacts and conversions per day
  • Possess the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Demonstrate solid analytical skills to determine the customer’s needs and pains
  • Demonstrate solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Communicate ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner
  • Be highly persuasive and have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Be highly self-motivated, resilient, positive, high energy, professional and determined
  • Possess a good knowledge of email, Microsoft Excel, and Word and CRM systems
