- Full management of the Motors & Pumps Workshop.
- Full management of the various department and associated department heads.
- Ensuring all activities are compliant with the relevant codes and accreditations (ISO, API, Etc..).
- Maximise the efficiency and performance of the workshop. Overseeing training and development needs of new staff.
